These SMS Terms govern your enrollment in and use of the BestCareJob.com text messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
The BestCareJob.com SMS Program is operated by BestCareJob.com ("we," "us," "our") to communicate with clients, prospects, and qualified leads who have opted in. The program supports two-way and one-way text messages including appointment reminders, service notifications, marketing communications, and informational updates.
You opt in to this SMS program by providing your mobile phone number on a BestCareJob.com form (including but not limited to bestcarejob.com/qualify) and explicitly checking the consent checkbox confirming your agreement to receive SMS messages. Opting in is voluntary, and consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 6 marketing messages per month, plus transactional messages (such as appointment reminders and service notifications) as needed in response to your activity or scheduled events.
Standard message and data rates may apply for each message sent or received, according to your mobile carrier's plan. BestCareJob.com is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier with questions about your text or data plan.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. To rejoin, you can opt in through the same method you used originally.
If you need assistance with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You can also contact us directly at [email protected].
Our SMS program supports messaging across the major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most regional carriers. Message delivery and supported features may vary by carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors providing support services (such as customer service, message delivery, scheduling tools, and analytics) is permitted strictly for the purpose of operating this program on our behalf.
Your use of this SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can view it here: Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
